I was reading and clicking through articles and one mentioned old Jalopnik. Here's an article.

Cool. Interesting beginnings. When was Jalopnik started anways?

EDIT: 2008 Jalopnik for Garret Davis. I think it's pretty messed up though. Images missing and sidebar unreadable.
